Sad News
With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person, which almost went unnoticed last week.
Larry LaPrise, the man that wrote "The Hokey Pokey" died peacefully at the age of 93. The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin. They put his left leg in. And then the trouble started.
Shut up. You know it's funny.

What a weekend! Well it started Wednesday. Nani (my grandma) came to watch the girls while Carlos, Sarah and I camped overnight at Chick-Fil-A to get coupons. We got 3 hours sleep then came back and we went birthday shopping for Sohaila. Cleaned like crazy on Friday, Watched Nolan Friday night, went to a housewarming party and then Bri and Jacinda came. Saturday cooked, played, cleaned, then partied! Sunday was Church then it all hit! LIce! Our dearest Friends brought not only themselves to visit but they brought a party. Oh how fun that was. Jacinda sat for over three hours pulling these nasty creepy bugs out of kiara's hair. My girls dont have the bugs yet but we took all precations. We stripped the house clean. Sprayed the spray all over every bed, couch, pillow, and washed anything else. So i thought this was the end. Nope. I had a cute couple over for a little cooking lesson when Sohaila came out with sprinkles in her hair. Crap I knew what that ment. They got in the party stuff. Its my fault. I bough this confetti. To put in the bottom of the gift bags. Well i only used about an 1/8 th of the bag. And yes the rest is all over my house. 
It was one of those moments you want to kill your kids but laughed so hard you couldnt do anything. Enjoy the laugh. H

We had a great easter! I put up my "April" ablum. Summit, The Hales, The Albee's, and Easter at the Browns. It's been busy but now I have my camera back.
I love my life! For whatever reason God has given me more friends and family than I count. My life is over flowing with people and their love. But then there are those in my life that I can be me around. We drove out to the desert to see Eric and Angela. It was just dinner, laughs and Farkle. I am sad we don't have a week with them this year. A night here and there is only making me want to see them more. Here are some picts from the night. 
One of my favorite things in life is to have Carlos around Eric. He becomes a differnt person. I love it. Its the only time that I see Carlos be himself. Its the only time is see true joy. Thanks Eric.
If have ever been around me you, then you would know that I am the one who always has the camera. Some write in journals about their lives I capture the moments in time with a camera. Its been a rought week for me becaue I left my camera in Fresno. Carlos and I had a little vacation just him and I. We went snowboarding for three days up at a ski resort I use to work at. We had a great time. We also had some great visits with family and friends while we were up there. All of it was on film, but for now i have nothing to give you. Our friends Chad and Emma from Romania are visiting us today and no camera. Our best friends Eric and Angela visited us on Sunday and no camera. I will explore life differently today.
Two moms, 5 kids, free beach house, great Idea! Slow terrible waitress, slow terrible movie, and cold terrible rain! We tried to have a great idea and take someone from church up on their offer to use their beach house. It’s spring break lets pile in and go to the sand! Well we did, however the sand was freezing, cold, wet and not fun! But that’s when you know you are with people you love everything could be going wrong and you still have fun. The girls got their toes done! It was the girls first time! They loved it. Check out the photo alblum of the trip.
