We Were Blessed Today!
If you have been to our house and have had the tour you would notice one thing missing... Our bed. The Whittaker family is growing and Carlos and I knew that we needed to grow from a Queen to a King size bed. So back in July when we had our Rummage Sale Fundraiser we sold our sleeping headquarters. Since we moved into our house in September our need to raise money for Korea is more of a concern than a bed. We need to make sure we can afford to go to Korea and pick up our son. This has left us for the last 11 weeks either in the girls bedroom on their bunk bed or on our couch. Until today. We were blessed with a trip to Wicks to pick out our new Serta mattress and this bed. I cant wait till Thursday when they deliver it and I will have a bed to sleep with my man on!
PS for all of you who know my oldest daughters talent with poles well she will be back in action with this bed!

Oh that bed is awesome! King size sounds big enough for everyone! And just in time for Losiah's arrival.

King size is great but the knees and elbows are still there. And with three it is just one more set of limbs that flail about. No bed is big enough to prevent that. However, it is just the right size for a family snuggling!!!

When we upgraded from a Queen to the Cal King, it was awesome. Now all 4 of us fit and the elbows hurt less! Good luck with all 5.
I switched your banks. It will either take effect the 15th or 30th of this month!

Dont let Matt Brown into your room. I've seen him work the poles!

LOL at how an innocent post turn so very wrong once Albee and Los & Ricky G get ahold of it! YET... the idea of a poster bed at the brown home isn't a bad idea...

Please. I knew the second she said "talent with poles" Albee was gonna get in here and nasty everything up.
Course, I should have known it would have been Carlos to start it. I know what he writes on grocery lists, after all...

Hi girlie! We are finally connected to the world again...internet, cable, phone...very excited for you and your new bed:) We are getting anxious to hear you have received "THE CALL". Speaking of what not to wear... once you venture outside of our neighborhood.... Newnan, GA is a whole new world. Taking a trip to the local Walmart is quite the experiece:) Don't worry, you'll get to experiece it when you come. It's on our list of places to take people:)Pictures would not do it justice. We miss you guys. Oh- Peyton busted up his nose/lip again and Parker fell into a chair and has a nice black eye! Then Peyton somehow managed to fall into a stool....black and blue cheek. All in 2 days. Can't imagine what the new neighbors think. Couldn't find the camera to take a picture. Oh kids! So far my experiences with CFA's were better in So Cal than in GA...home of CFA. Old nuggets, cold fries, rude phone answerers and NO family nights. Funny how you don't realize how good you had it until it's gone! Having Chris home Saturdays is the best though! and....no late night or early am phone calls:) but at least my nuggets were HOT and free. The things you must trade off. Praying for you guys... miss you...go enjoy some hot nuggets for me:) love martha
