Moment of the day...
Sohaila " Mommy I went pee pee like boys do."
Mom "OH, and how is that? Can you show me"
Sohaila "Sure mom like this"
Sohaila climbs up on the toilet with her knees on each side of the seat.
Sohaila "See like this"
Mom " And how did it work for you? Are your pants wet?"
Sohaila " Yeah, my panties too."
Mom "Well, lets get cleaned up and next time I think we should sit down on the potty. Girls just are not made to be able to go pee pee like that."
Sohaila " Mom, I want to be a boy, they are cool"
And people ask me what I do when I stay at home. HA!
My little Daley tries to stretch out the skin to pee like her brother. Complete with the shhhhhhh sound and all.

That's funny...and you are one cool mom because if that would've happened at my house, I think I don't think I would've been so nice...(or did you edit that conversation for the rest of us???) :-)

As Bill Cosby showed us, "Kids say the darndest things."
Oh, and boys rule!

I keep catching my middle child sitting backwards on the potty trying to pee like a boy. She came right out and said she wanted a boy private part the other day. It's never a dull moment with little kids.

that's hilarious! I'm grateful(?) that my little girl had gotten it (over time) and makes it a point most times to tell me that I stand up to pee because I'm a boy and she has to sit down and pee because she's a girl.
