My Writer

I am blessed to have a man that can write. I am always so full when he writes something about me or the kids. He is full of talent. Its always so beautiful. If you have not read his "fatherhood" posts check them out. He is going through our new family pictures and writing along with them.  He is fabulous!

Family, fatherhood and faith in no particular order

Sin, Sweat, Swords

I LOVE BOOKS!!!

I love a good book. It has been 2 1/2 years now, that I have been reading. It's a goal of mine to read  at least one novel per month. I have made that goal and I have probably read 2-3 books per month. I started this  series called "The Mark of the Lion" It is written by Francine Rivers who wrote my all time favorite book Redeeming Love.  Everyone who has read this series loves it but says it takes some time to get attached. I decided to  embark on the adventure. Oh I loved it. I started about a month ago and I finished the first book last Monday. Thursday I got the next book and tonight, two days latter I finished it. I could not put it down all weekend. I loved it. Oh I am challenged and inspired. I have learned a great deal about history, relationships and most of all God. So if you want a good read check it out. H

Quote of the Day...

Because of the death of my dad, the girls are aware of death and talk often about Heaven. We were driving in the car and the girls were talking among themselves about doggies dying. The were rambling about how they go to doggie heaven and then the question came. " Mommy is there a doggie Jesus" ?
Answer anyone. Can you help me. I just laughed. H
