What I look forward to...

Carlos asked me if I was only sad about moving to Atlanta. I had to tell him that yeah this week is rough. I don't want to leave my church, friends, family and most importantly my comfort zone. But on the other hand, God was faithful and answered my prayer of clarity. And he has made it super clear to me that this is his call. So I go. However there are some things I am very excited about. The first is called weather. I know you So- Calers don't know I am talking about. But weather is when these things called clouds  come in the sky and sometimes it gets really cold and sometimes water drops from them. Its really fun!
No for real if you know me you know I love my seasons and I cant wait for them again. I am also thrilled that I will live near water and maybe one day own a boat to ski with. I am also thrilled that I finally will get a grown- up house. I cant wait to get what our money can buy out there!  I am excited to explore another side of the country. I am excited that I already have close friends there.  But most of all I cant wait to be with my man again!

Heather...ahhhhh yes, weather, I grew up back east and I will tell you I still miss the seasons...and it gives us, who want to start travelling, a new place to go visit and know someone there...I hope you will post pics often, of the kids and the seasons and of your adventures...see you at salsa challenge!

YEah. And ya'll are coming down South at just the right time. It looks like the hottest of the weather is behind us.

Soon, ya'll will be able to watch the beautiful changing colors of the trees and enjoy that wonderful Southern Fall.

Praying for you guys. I know ya'll can't wait to be back together as a family.

what's a "grown-up" house??

I was kinda wondering about the definition of a "grown-up" house also. What wasn't grown-up about your house in Riverside?

Praying for your family and the move!

Just saying Hi and welcome to the ATL! My husband, Jamie, works with Tyler and Elliot at the Browns Bridge campus. Although we won't be at Buckhead, we look forward to meeting you and your fam. Sounds like you'll be getting her in time for fall. You guys will have to come up our way toward the mountains to enjoy the leaves and maybe a pumpkin farm for the kids where they have hayrides! Anywho, we'll be praying for a smooth transition for all of you! Hope to meet you soon.

A grown up house. Is being able to afford something that you choose. See all the houses we have been in have not been my pick. They are just all that we can afford. So I feel like a grown up being able to choose what I want! H

I miss you already and I have to remind myself that you are still here. Whatya doing Thurs night? I know how to make the pics smaller. I already shrank it a ton. THink I need to do it more? I'm excited to keep in touch through this too. I actually was motivated to start a blog because I knew it would help me keep in touch with you guys. Love you. B

The kids' salon is called Snip Its. You can find all the Atlanta locations at their website snipits.com. Have a great day! Jen

selfishly I can't wait for you to get here.

I'm so excited for you. I cannot think of better people to step up and do God's work. You guys are awesome. Your family will definitely be missed!
