We are here!
So I guess this is going to be a photo blog for a while. Our lives are so crazy and I want everyone to see everything so here we go. I hope you guys dont get bored.
Sohaila was so EXCITED!
When I saw this I was so EXCITED!

Good-bye Cali.
I think my quote of the day is
"I am not emotionally stable right now Carlos" I feel justified!
Billy picked us up. He and his wife dropped off an extra car at the airport. You need to know how great that was. We tried to get a rent a car for all of our luggage but everything was booked everywhere. Anyhow. We just thought we could use some rope and tie it on top. Well sometime during the day they did some extra work for us!
Then we got in the car and there were snacks waiting for us!
We drove by Riverside Drive, I got teary.
This is Billy.
We got to our "home" and found it full of things to make us at home!
Well its 3am. I guess i should go to bed. What a day. I think I did my record amount of posts for the day. I just wanted everyone to keep updated. Thank you for all your prayers. God was good to us today. From the adoption. To seeing so many of our friends and family for one last good-bye today, to the empty plane and the great welcome. I feel right in his hand. He is here! H

It's wonderful to see your journey.
It amazes me how God attends to the details like an empty plane!
You are blessed to be a blessing.

I'm sad you're all gone, but glad that God is working such wonders in the lives of your family. I understand a smidge what you're feeling - I'm terrified just sending in my resume to Georgia. But to pick up and leave like y'all are - you are so much stronger than you think you are Heather! God has blessed you and your family in so many ways and he will continue to do so!

I read your blog almost daily and today the picture of you crying made me cry! So happy for your new adventure and the warm welcome they gave you, but sad for the distance between you and my kids.

Hi Heather!
Found your blog through Carlos through another friend..yada, yada. Saw the beautiful coastline of So Cal in your picture. 5 years ago my family and I left the beautiful beaches of Northwest Florida for 2 1/2 years in the ATL. It was heartwrenching for me, and my four kids. Dad..notsomuch. We came back to FLA 3 years ago and just wanted to let you know, although it's not SoCal, if you miss beautiful beaches, 6 hours south of you are some of the most pristine beaches in the country...the Emerald Coast. Ask just about anyone in the ATL and they can tell you about Destin, or Ft. Walton, or Navarre. Come on down anytime, all-year-around....I promise, it will do your heart and soul a world of good. CHEERS!!
