Do you want Barbecue or hambugers?
Huh? Aren't they the same thing? Well that's at least what I asked. Scott (Carlos' oldest friend, they new each other in preschool) and Joy (we did not get any pictures of her) asked us over for dinner, but then they asked what we wanted. Barbecue or hamburgers? Anyways I chose hamburgers to be safe!

For those of you not from the dirty south, down here BBQ usually refers to pulled beef or pork with barbeque sauce, and well...burgers are burgers.

Man, I miss some good barbecue. I spent a year in Iowa and my mouth just waters thinking about it. But with that said, the "dirty south" doesn't have tri-tip, now does it?
