I can't believe it's been a year! Thanks for sharing this amazing story with us again. What a precious little boy he is. Y'all have a beautiful family...inside and out. We are so bummed we missed Sunday. Hope to catch up with you guys soon. We are FINALLY well and hope to stay that way. We have Dr. and house appts most of this week and next. I will call so we can compare calenders. It's our turn to head your way! Have a great week. m

When my husband and i decided to adopt a child, i had decided to look on the web for any info i can find before we started to file paperwork and "Pay Up." I found your video on YouTube when i typed adoption. Even though we are still awaiting for some news; everytime i felt hopeless and was overwhelmed with paperwork, i would look at your video of when you and Carlos said goodbye to the foster family and offically had your son and it would always give me hope.
The video was wonderfully put together and the songs are so appropriate for that moment.
This will be our first child and we just cant wait!!

God Bless you and your family.

Sincerly,
Lita NJ

hey i tried to watch but they are set to private :(

Sorry try again. H

When we started the adoption process this time last year, I went to YouTube and found your videos. I sat and watched every single video, and cried like a baby. I just watched this one again, and am sitting here bawling. It is so moving - thank you so much for sharing it with us.

We received our referral on Oct 5th, and are just waiting for our travel call. I have no idea how I'm going to handle the "good bye" -- it is going to be so hard. :(

Thanks again for sharing these - they are very helpful to those who are waiting!

Hi Heather!

I found your youtube videos of your journey to Losiah last year. I'm a Korean American college student, so Korean adoptions has always been a near and dear subject to my heart. (I became a social work major because of it) I never once commented on yours or your husbands website, but am coming out of lurking (finally!)to say that your family is absolutely beautiful. I always plop my friends down and make them watch the videos so they get a glimpse of how powerful and beautiful adoption is.

There is no way it's already been a year!!
How amazing.

This was beautiful I balled my eyes out. I couldn't imagine what that must of been like for the foster mom and for you beautiful and sad all at the same time. thanks for sharing
