We went to the Korean market and had lots of fun today!
There is nothing like other peeps in my kitchen cooking!
I am excited to learn how to make Kalbee, Chogook, Chop Chey,
bul go gi, and rice of coarse. Anyone for dinner? H

I can be there in 2 1/2 hours. Well, not tonight, because I have Bible study. But most of the time, I can be there in 2 1/2 hours. :-)

Don't want to annoy you, but since you have an adopted Korean son, perhaps you might want to try learning how to phonetically read Korean. It is really, really easy. Please believe me. I'm a non-Korean woman married to Korean man and I learned to read Hangul in about two hours. Of course, to build up one's vocabulary takes much longer. But that's not what I'm talking about. If you read Hangul, then you'd be able to pronounce Korean words phonetically such as Carlos' tattoo or Jap Chae and then spell them phonetically correctly too. Here is an ingredient dictionary that is a good start to spelling Korean words in English in a more "universal" way to those of us who know Korean. http://www.hannaone.com/Recipe/koreanfooddictionary.html#j

I could be on a plane and there in about two hours...but by now dinner is over :)

I work for a Korean company and one of the greatest benefits is learning all about the food...ohmygoodness...the food!

YES PLEASE!!

Personally I think anyone with a sense of humor would like Chogook---oh the images in my mind of what that might be.
