I needed fresh air!
So the other day I was pan roasting garlic cloves in this pan for my favorite GARLIC BREAD. It began to smoke some, so I through the pan into the garage to save the lungs of my familia. 
Once the smoke cleared I went out to get my pan and this is what I got.
I hate moments like this and this.

At least you didn't set it down on the kitchen linoleum. My wife did that at her parent's place. They had an area rug in their kitchen for 10 years after that.

LOL thanks for the laugh! And you know, it made me feel a little bit good that the best cook I know can mess up sometimes! haha (This coming from the WORST cook you know, I guarentee it!) :)
