I love my family more than life itself.
Thank you for molding them into the amazing girls they are today.
I love you babe.
Los

I love it! They look adorable. But I'm a little biased when it comes to bob's and shorter hair.

OMG they are so cute! One question... did you have to try hard not to cry or were you just over long hair? ~:-)

The curls too? You are a brave woman, I would have been balling. Of course, they both look absolutely adorable! Are they donating their hair?

They look adorable.... i love the new short sassy look!

Wow! Gorgeous!
They look so BIG!!!

How much work is it going to be to keep it straight like that?

Like I said before - those two little girls are growing up in a giving family, they are so generous. Giving up their hair is such an act of unselfishness. You and Carlos are doing such a great job!!! and I love you very much. I'm so proud of you Sohaila and Seanna!!! XOXOX Abue"LITA" ;O)

OK. Allen and I were talking about this in the car on the way home.

"What do you think Heather's gonna do at 4:30 and 5pm today???" Allen asked.

"I don't know, dear. Did she give a time?" my answer.

"Yes. 4:30 and 5. Did she say 4:30 AND 5???"

"I don't know, dear."

I was first to the computer and when I told him what it was, he said,

"I KNEW it was haircuts for the girls!!!!"

:-)
Does it feel weird for other people to be pondering over your life like this???

:-)

OMG they look so cute!!!

So cute! Did they donate it? How long was it? I recently cute mine... 16 inches of it... for Locks of Love. It is so different!

ok, so when my mom took me to get my haircut for the first time...I got the boy bowl cut. Add a striped shirt and I could have doubled for Opie Griffith.

congrats on the new kiddos!

what an awesome idea! I agree with Carlos, you truly are molding princesses for God's Kingdom! May He look down on you and smile!!

Perfect for the summer too! So much cooler for the girls.
Are Carlos and Losiah next? lol

So super cute!

Okay, I just figured it out - you guys did it for Locks of Love. That is soooo awesome!! I am a Pediatric Oncology nurse - so you have now stolen my heart. I recently shaved my head on TV to raise money for Pediatric Cancer Research (with St. Baldricks Foundation) - my daughter was very impressed. You have taught your daughters so much today. All I can say is THANK YOU, it means so much!!!

great job girl so proud of you!!!!!! you look so cute ly gma s.

did they donate it?? that is awesome, i donated mine in septemeber!!! that is so great and they look adorable!

Oh! How cute are their new haircuts! Adorable. Your family is beautiful!

THEY. ARE. BEAUTIFUL.

how CUTE is she in that headband!! All 3 of your kids are BEAUTIFUL!

My oldest 2 did it last summer. They got 23 inches and 18 inches.

Someone is going to be extremely happy w/ such gorgeous hair.

What a lesson in giving.

They have the same style as the gal that crush on.

So I approved :)

I love a bob on little girls. So sweet! That headband looks adorable. Your girls are gorgeous.

err... I should say 'have a crush on'.

Sorry, distracted by movie.

Low-country boil - you throw shrimp, corn, potatoes, sausage & sometimes crawfish in a big pot with Old Bay Seasonings. Boil until done then spill out in a middle of the table for everyone to dig in! Best done outside. It is great fun.

OH MY GOODNESS!!!!
How did you find the strength to cut those gorgeous locks???
I am sure the struggle to keep the tangle out and the fixing every day was a big contributer but WOW you guys cut off a lot of hair!
They look soooo cute. Very fun for summer.

They're just precious! So proud of them! What lovely little ladies you have.

So cute!!! Reading your blog has made me remember all the awesome things my mom did when I was growing up. It has been fun to watch and makes me want kids.

Did I say that out loud???

Love it! They look so grown up!!

Oh I loved their long hair. But their new styles are ADORABLE!

Carlos has seen The Rules For Dating My Daughter, right?

Seanna looked upset in some pics but hope she's feeling happier now! It's meaningful and really gOod to have them participating in this kind of donation when they are little! Totally agree w/ Los that you are molding them well! God bless your family Heather! Have a nice weekend!

The are so cute! And I'm sure you are very proud of them. :)

How awesome! Your girls are beautiful ... love the new do's.

THEY LOOK AMAZING! WOW! I love they did this for locks of love...how precious!!!!! The girls are beautiful...absolutely beautiful!!!

They look so pretty....Alyssa just cut her hair like that too.....:)

ha! someone mentioned a "bowl cut." I have a 2-year old pic of me sporting the "Dutch boy" look. oh, if only i had a mom who went for a cute bob! they are really timeless, and soooo sweet on little girls. yours look precious.

a-freakin-dorable

they look great!

I love short hair on little girls! Lizzie's hair is short like that with a little layering up the back. It is so quick and easy to care for. You'll love it. It washes and rinses fast, it drys fast, it unTANGLES fast, and it styles fast. Even straightening it everyday will not take much time. Oh happy hair! (And Locks of Love will have a hayday will all that curly hair!)

Simply ADORABLE!!!

My daughter is getting hers cut for Locks Of Love this weekend. Your girls are beautiful.

(: That's awesome! They sure are brave to do that.

The girls look absolutely gorgeous! I made that same hair cut (chopped off 17 inches) last summer, the day after I got married. Such a relief! I hope the girls love their new hair!

Another reason for you to be "one of those people" in my life Heather. Yay for them...and they are so stinkin cute. For reals.

I didn't guess at all what was happening and the results are absolutely adorable. The girls look SO pretty and in the heat of the south - shorter bobbed hair will be a bit easier to maintain. Locks of Love is such a great act of blessing - literally giving someone else your crowning glory - whew! You and Carlos are doing a great job with your children.

Simply adorable!!

Oh my goodness... I've been struggling about whether or not to donate my hair (I've got about 11 inches now).

This just confirms it!! Their haircuts are so cute!!!

Beautiful!!
I straighten my daughter's hair pretty often, but not quite everyday. It's really not too bad. :)

Sooooooo cute! Makes me want to cut my daughter's hair!

I didn't think they could get any cuter. I was wrong.

I love the bobs!

Let me know how it works with their curly hair...my oldest daughter has the curls and I'm wondering how a bob would do!
