I love roommates!
In the past year, we have lived with others for a total of 11 of the 12 months. I am beginning to forget what life would be like without a ton of people around. Here is one fabulous thing about living with others. The kids are down and we decide to go out, and we can!
It's moments like these that keep our marriage alive! I love him. H
that's a really nice roommate "perk". hey, do you know any responsible people who are good with kids that want to come sleep on our couch for a few months? :)

You don't know how many times I've wished someone was living with us for this same exact reason. :)

I admire you for being able living with other people. But like you do with us everyday you are so open to sharing your life.

See now I wish I could make a face like that and still look that pretty. Just had a grandma down so Chris and I were able to have a night out and some days to sleep in.

I love Waffle House! We don't have any where we live (Chicago area). Wow, a Waffle House date - I would die for that opportunity - sounds weird, but when you have your spouse and waffle house? What a combo!

We have always seemed to have roomates - 1st my big bro (who could not help with the kids), now my Granny who is a big help. She does the laundry (the only domestic thing I loath) and helps with the kids when we are strapped - it really is nice :).

Ya'll are so cute. And, latenight runs to the WaHoo are the best :)

You have to love the renewed focus you get from having some breathing time away from the kids. Not that you don't like being with them - just that you've got to keep the ship patched up for the next voyage. I also agree with Carrie's comment.
Cheers

Honestly it's the one thing that I love having older teenagers! They either aren't home or you can leave 'em home. Hubby and I can go out at anytime. :-) It's awesome!

Another good reason why we live across the pasture from my parents... instant, available and willing babysitters!

waffle house...it's why I refuse to leave GA..haha. Jk, but I DO love me some waffle house! No one...NO ONE makes a better breakfast.
And response to Kerry's message...GA is hot...but waffle houses are ALWAYS freezing cold.

awesome stuff! i liked waffle house better back when they had the best "all you can eat" menu around...I always got the bacon egg & cheese sandwich with hashbrowns...scattered, smothered and covered! :)

I have a friend who while doesn't enjoy Waffle House, she will go to Waffle House with me.
I think she is a keeper.

Awesome. As married couples, we need to remember to sneak away and spend time just being together. Good for you!
My DH and I need to have one of those dates soon too!
I love the fact that you can be completely dorky with the one you love at a local diner. Nice!

Nice face! Gotta love the Waffle House- covered, smothered and whatever! (at least that looks like where you're at)
Interesting Waffle House fact: in the 25 miles from the Edgewater Mall in Biloxi, MS to Waveland, MS on route 90 there are 5 Waffle Houses- that's 1 every 5 miles.
Yes that's one fact we learned while on a mission trip in that area- I know you were dying to know that.

All that time you were jealous of our weekly date nights. Now you don't even have to wait for a certain day to come around. Now who's jealous?!

DUDE! Waffle House! I miss that place like you would not believe.
