This has to be the best breakfast I have ever had! I went out side got some homegrown tomatoes and basil. Made some egg whites and some fresh mozzarella balls and breakfast was served! What did you have to start the day?
I usually start my day with either quick crap or nothing, but you've definitely inspired me. I just picked some tomatoes from our little plant in the backyard.
That looks great! We had strawberry muffins... and now we are headed to the big city (and the car is packed)for a day of shopping, and photographs with our Aunt in Buckhead. I'm a bit intimidated of the traffic.... =)
Did you just type Oh My Lands? Someone has been putting the T in your LA. I love fresh tomatoes and scrambled eggs, but I've never done fresh mozz with it. Sounds wonderful.
YUM that looks good. I wish I had time to really make (cook?) something healthy in the morning. I usually only have Special K (vanilla almond) with skim milk and blueberries on top.
I usually start my day with either 1 cup of GoLean Kashi and 3/4 cups of low-fat vanilla soy mile or a CLIF bar. But today I started it with some TUMS and a Gatorade for electrolytes. Not feeling great.
I do love me some Kashi. Hey, I was expecting some recommendations on Cali Hot Spots. I definitely wasn't trying to make you home sick. But you're like a Cali expert. Hook me up. What are the little dives I should be checking out? We'll be in Carlsbad for a week and half, but might make it down to San Diego a day or too and will be in Huntington for at least a day. What's the scoop?
1/3 flaxseed meal 1/3 ground almond 1/3 pancake mix sharped in to micky mouse served on a x-mas plate took a pic i will send it to your cell phone. our tomatoes were planted late hoping next week to get some. Your GA sun maked it past the trees they look great yum. call me ly s.
I'm at least old enough to be your sister... and I already have a mother (not to mention four kids) but will you please adopt me? Oh, my gosh!!! You make the most amazing food and are so incredibly creative!
Labneh (kefir cheese) spread on a Ryvita cracker and drizzled with olive oil. Actually, this is one of my favorite things to eat and it's SO good for you!
Kefir is loaded with probiotics (think yogurt on steroids, but it tastes way better).
If you have an international foods store or Lebanese food store near you, you can find it... it's usually called "Labneh."
I may have to try your idea above; it looks just beautiful!
Looks like pics from food network. Ymm!
Just wrote post including you:

Kefir is loaded with probiotics (think yogurt on steroids, but it tastes way better).
